We treat both local and distance patients. For distance patients, telemedicine conferencing is used for all visits after the examination.

Local Patients
Before becoming a new patient, we recommend that you have a free consultation with the Doctor. This allows you to get a better understanding of who Dr. Gates is and how he can help you. We recognize that healing chronic conditions is difficult, and we want to support you!
If you decide to become a new patient, the next step is your exam. Exams take up to three hours depending on the complexity of health conditions. During the exam, we will test your brain via videonystagmography, facilitate a full neurological exam, teach you personalized brain rehabilitation exercises and outline your treatment plan. Dr. Gates will also order any specialty testing that is needed to better understand/monitor your health condition.
After your exam, it is time to heal you! Each week, you will have an in house appointment with Dr. Gates. Throughout the week, you will be in constant contact with our team– giving us daily updates and asking us any questions that you have regarding treatment. Treatment is intensive and requires commitment to bettering your health. We are here to support you every step of the way.
Throughout treatment, Dr. Gates will likely order blood labs and in some cases, specialty testing (depending on the health condition). You are welcome to copies of any testing that we do– we want to empower you on your health journey.
At the end of 12 weeks, Dr. Gates provides an individualized treatment plan to support you in maintaining your new found wellness.
If you are already a current patient of Dr. Gates or have been a patient of his in the past, we also offer check up appointments. Please reach out to our front desk to schedule your appointment!
Distance Patients
If you do not live in Nevada, no problem! We have patients that live all over the world. From Germany to Argentina, Dr. Gates has treated thousands of patients both local and distant. With telemedicine, it is easy to stay in contact and receive effective treatment from Dr. Gates.
